Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and estimates only. They are not guaranteed quotes and may not reflect your specific project requirements. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Final pricing is determined through individual project assessment.
Workmanship Warranty: ProSlope Roofing provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on full roof installations and a 3-year warranty on repairs, as specified in your project contract. Warranties are non-transferable and subject to terms outlined in the individual contract.
Material Warranties: Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage from acts of God, structural issues pre-existing prior to our work, improper use, or modifications made by unauthorized parties.
Payment terms will be specified in your individual project contract. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in your contract.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before a scheduled project start. Cancellations after work has begun may result in charges for materials ordered and work performed. Changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order and may affect pricing and timeline.
ProSlope Roofing's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
